Jason Garfield started juggling at age eleven. Now, at age thirty two, Jason has won 20 gold medals and set two world records. He has written and produced the Theory and Practice of Juggling book and DVD, reviewed as the best book on learning how to juggle ever written. In 2004, Jason Garfield founded the World Juggling Federation and has since produced three international conventions, one training camp, and seven juggling competition programs that have aired on ESPN.
