Cop Turned Comedian
A "star in the making!" Is a direct quote from, "The Las Vegas Review!" after one of Kevin's many shows at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Cop-turned Comedian, Kevin Jordan is on the verge of stardom! A native of Queens, N.Y., Kevin graduated from St. John's University with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. He moved to Los Angeles where he joined the Los Angeles Police Department. After five years with the force he quit, as he likes to put it, "I found out I was allergic to doughnuts!!" There was a time when he juggled both careers, "When I pulled someone over I didn't know whether to write them a ticket or tell them a joke!"
A much sought after Headliner, Kevin Jordan has Headlined in Comedy Clubs, Colleges, Corporate functions, military Installations and Theaters in all Fifty States, Europe, Canada, Japan, Korea, and Denmark, and is currently developing on his own talk radio show, "This Ain't No Love Show".
Kevin Jordan's blend of High energy and Lovable charm makes him a favorite where ever he performs! His stories of his Police days, family life, and his everyday view on life; ("If woman get an engagement ring, then men should get an engagement... Kevin Jordan has appeared on "The Today Show", "Evening at the Improv", VH-1, MTV, Comedy Central, "Comic Strip Live!", and numerous other network and cable shows. He has also opened in concert for Keith Sweat, Gladys Knight, UB4O, Manhattan Transfer, George Benson, Ashford and Simpson, and many other entertainers.
